On your phone

The portal works in a phone's browser and can be installed as an app, with its own icon, opening full screen.

Install

• Android: open your portal in Chrome, then the menu, Install app or Add to Home screen. Or use the button in Settings, under On this device.
• iPhone or iPad: open your portal in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

Alert notifications

1. Sign in on the phone. On an iPhone, open the installed app first.
2. Open Settings, On this device, and press Turn on alerts.
3. Allow notifications when the phone asks.

Each phone is turned on separately. If notifications were blocked, allow them again in the browser's site settings.
