Signing in

Sign in at your company's portal address, or at app.kealink.co.nz/login, which takes you to your own company.

Two ways

• Email me a sign-in link. No password needed. The link works once and lasts 15 minutes.
• Sign in with a password. Set one in Settings, under Your sign-in. If you already have one, you are asked for it before it changes.

An invitation from a colleague lasts 7 days. If a link has expired, ask for a new one from the sign-in page.

Two-step sign-in

Turn it on in Settings, under Two-step sign in, with an authenticator app. Your company can require it for everyone. After your password, type the code from the app within 10 minutes. Keep the recovery codes shown at setup somewhere safe, away from the phone: each works once if the phone is lost.

Light and dark

Open Account at the top right and pick Light, Dark or Automatic. The choice is kept in that browser only.
