What Kealink is
Kealink shows your machines live. Your PLCs, sensors and gateways send readings to Kealink, and your company sees them in its own portal: current values, history, dashboards, and alerts by email and phone notification when something goes outside its limits.
How data gets in
A machine sends its readings over MQTT or HTTP with its own username and password. Most sites use a gateway beside the PLCs running Node-RED, with the Kealink node. Anything else that can speak MQTT or HTTP works too: a PLC with an MQTT client, an industrial gateway, a microcontroller, or your own software.
What you get
- A portal with your company's name and logo, on Kealink's address or your own
- Every machine's status and latest values, with charts from the last hour to the last year
- Dashboards you design yourself, for a desk or a television on the workshop wall
- Alerts worked out on Kealink's servers as readings arrive, so nobody needs to be watching
- Scheduled reports as PDF and CSV
- An API to read your data into other software
Your data
Readings are kept. Older readings are compressed and summarised into hourly and daily averages so charts stay fast, but the originals stay too. They are deleted only when an administrator deletes the reading or the machine itself.
Each company sees only its own machines. No other company's data is reachable from your portal or your API key.
